GENERAL INFORMATION | Centerstone is committed to providing behavioral health care, within a multi-faceted support system that takes a comprehensive approach for managing the lifestyle choices of their clientele. By providing affordable apartment units combined with supportive services they create an environment that encourages positive choices & healthy living.

 

WORK SCOPE | Located on a 14 acre site adjacent to another Centerstone facility, the design accommodates the special needs of the residents, affording provisions for 24-hour on-site supervision, pedestrian proximity to amenities &  handicap accessible or adaptable units.

In order to maintain economical building lifecycle costs, finishes were meticulously selected based on their durability & energy efficiency. Contextually designed, the building is reminiscent of an Indiana Farmstead. Comprised of 5 pods, each with gathering spaces & laundry facilities that provide smaller neighborhoods within the larger community.
