Jacobs Pannicke Architects, Inc. now known as ARCHitecture trio, inc. conducted a site analysis to determine potential of adding commercial outbuildings with the confines of an existing mall parking lot. Study addressed building placement, vehicular circulation, parking, zoning ordinances, allowable signage as well as drainages issues all presented in a comprehensive visual format. Development of proposed new building design, site, signage and landscape to be based on developer's determination of feasibility
