The renovation of several problematic rehabilitation projects in various Indianapolis Historic Districts received the Outstanding Rehabilitation Tax Credit Award. These projects, which might have otherwise been demolished include the Shivley Block Townhouses, Grace Manor Apartments, Kennedy-Bronson House and Efroymson House. Jacobs Pannicke Architects, Inc. now known as ARCHitecture trio, inc. completed Rehabilitation Tax Credit applications for the Kennedy-Brosnan House, Grace Manor Apartments and Efroymson House as well as producing Construction Documents for the latter two. Both Construction Documents and Tax Credit applications were completed for the Shivley Block Townhouses by Patricia Jacobs before founding her current company.
