A Capital Needs Assessment (CNA) provides a budget strategy to ensure the continued viability of a project that will help to provide safe housing in good repair for low to moderate-income families. Utilizing qualified consultants, ARCHtrio can provide a comprehensive CNA including the following components: inventory of materials; site and building condition analysis including mechanical and structural systems; identification of building and equipment deficiencies; recommendations; prioritized work scope and cost estimate including both current and future expenditures. Our CNA assessments includes a site visit and physical inspection of the building along with photographic documentation. Research and interviews are conducted to ascertain the building's history, management and maintenance.
