ARCHtrio partners with structural, mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineers along with building code consultants as required to conduct a one or two day analysis/inventory or existing conditions and produce a summary report of findings. From this brief analysis, ARCHtrio can develop redevelopment recommendations tailored to the client's needs and the building's potential.
