ARCHtrio can provide assistance to building owners to determine the feasibility of renovating a building or group there of. Based on client requirements, studies may include the following sections: history, condition, code analysis, accessibility requirements, rehabilitation recommendations, cost magnitude, ongoing maintenance recommendations and  land use/zoning regulations. The assistance of qualified structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, building code and cost estimating consultants are employed as required to complete the evaluation process.

This process allows ARCHtrio's clients the greatest amount of flexibility with the highest level of service. Monetary, safety and aesthetic implications associated with bringing a building up to current codes must be factored in along with the historical significance of the building and the inherent value it provides to the neighborhood or larger community. From these analyses, ARCHtrio can review or revise the owner's program and/or proposed recommendations based on research.
