Centerstone is committed to providing behavioral health care, within a multi-faceted support system that takes a comprehensive approach for managing the lifestyle choices of their clientele. Redwood Terrace offers affordable apartments combined with supportive services to create an environment that encourages positive choices & healthy living. Located on a 13 acre site, the design accommodates the special needs of the residents with 24-hour on-site supervision, pedestrian proximity to amenities & handicap accessible or adaptable units. Contextually designed, the building is reminiscent of a typical Midwestern farmstead. Each of the 5 pods features gathering spaces that provide smaller neighborhoods within the larger community. Energy efficiency was central in the design. The building received the highest ENERGY STAR Qualified Home rating & is ranked among the top 4% for this project type.
